Why build a custom home? Can we hear you say FREEDOOM. A custom-built home means you have complete control in the design, architecture, dimension, the layout & all interior & exterior fixtures and fittings. There are several reasons that a custom home might be beneficial for you:

1.     Energy efficiency – You would like to build a sustainable and efficient home to ensure long term cost efficiency and/or environmentally considered.

2.     Control - You have the opportunity to select everything that you want in your new home, including custom cabinetry, quality appliances, floor coverings and fixtures. You will not be stuck with another person’s personal preferences or style choice’s If you love natural light, install as many floor to ceiling windows or sky lights as you like, if you want automation and smart technology install a smart system and senor lighting  as you see fit!  The price to make these changes to a predesigned home can end up being the cost of a custom designed home – Why not have complete control from the start.

If you realise during your build you haven’t included enough power point or missed an important feature you would like in your home you can make these changes as long as it is proposed before structural works have begun. We do not charge fees to make changes to your build the only difference in cost is material and labour.
